Leigh Decker, Professional Learning Coordinator at Kerrville ISD, has been selected to receive the 2026 Learning Forward Texas Annual Conference Scholarship in recognition of her commitment to professional learning and educator growth. She shared, “Professional learning is only as powerful as the people behind it, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to sit in the room with some of the best in Texas. I believe every educator deserves to be lifted up, along with the students they serve. This scholarship is an incredible gift, which I plan to pay forward by bringing everything I learn back to the teachers and leaders of Kerrville ISD.”
